Here's the deal:

Every month there will be a contest to see who can capture the best image of science in a photo. The rules are:

-The picture must be science or nature related (no best friend pics please :0)

-You have to have taken the picture during the month of the contest (we'll know if you downloaded it from the net)

-Comments are allowed and encouraged but rules of conduct apply

-Mrs. Wilcox will choose and post a winner at the end of every month. All entrants will recieve extra credit and the winner recieves a prize and certificate.

To enter the photo contest please email the picture with your name to Mrs. Wilcox at irene.wilcox@isd47.org please write only srrstudent in the title. Or you can bring it to me on a thumb drive or CD/DVD. You could also bring your digital camera with its cords to me and we could download it straight from there. Please let me know if there is a title or caption you want with it.

Code of Conduct


On this blog we will be making comments and communicating with each other.  It is very important that we are respectful of each other and this blog and not abuse it.  All school rules apply to this site and comments can be censored or deleted by the administrator (me).  This is a great opportunity to expand your learning beyond the classroom and on to the web.  It is also important to be safe on the web and for that reason I ask that you only use your first name and last initial when posting.
